Indian markets closed higher today. Sensex rose 54 points to 59,085 and Nifty 30 points to 17,607. Sensex and Nifty closed higher after two sessions on Tuesday, helped by gains in durable goods, banking and auto stocks amid mixed global signals. The Sensex ended up 257 points at 59,031 and the Nifty 87 points at 17,577. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 21 ended in the green.

Shares in Adani Wilmar fell for a second straight session after rating agency Credit Sites expressed some concern about the holding company’s business performance. Shares of Adani Wilmar fell 3.86 percent to Rs 663 from Rs 689.60 on the BSE today. Adani Wilmar shares closed at 723.85 on Tuesday, down 4.73 percent from the previous close.

Shares of Adani Wilmar are trading above the 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day moving averages but below the 5-day and 20-day moving averages. A total of 2.49 crore shares of the company changed hands on BSE with a turnover of Rs 16.71 crore. The company’s market capitalization on BSE fell to 87,338 crores.

On April 28, 2022, shares of Adani Wilmar touched Rs 878.35. At the current market price, it is 24.57 percent below its all-time high.

The initial public offering (IPO) of DreamFox Services was fully subscribed today. The open offer on the first day of the share sale offered 94,83,302 shares today at 14:24.

The company has set a price range of 308-326 rubles per share. Dreambox Services’ IPO lot size is 46 shares priced at Rs 14,996 each. A retail investor can claim up to 13 lots after spending Rs 1,94,948. The IPO will close on August 26, 2022.
